Sales Manager (Software)

Responsibilities
  • Setting sales target and create sales plan, managing and coaching sales team.
  • Achieving the company’s annual sales quota, including key customers relationship.
  • Create sales forecast and generate sales revenue to meet target.
  • Generate leads, seek new opportunities, and create new customer base.
  • Analyze customers’ business requirements and application objectives to present appropriate value-added solutions.
  • Work closely with pre-sales, consultant, and technical team to come up with solution and gain competitive advantage to present to prospective customers.
  • Communicate and follow up with potential customers and turn those potential customers to become our customers.
  • Clarify scope of work and prepare effective proposal to prospects.
  • Present products or solutions to customers and/or prospects.
  • Update leads and prospects’ status and all other related information.
  • Conduct periodic status report with CEO to assess progress against plan
Requirements
  • Thai Nationality
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science or higher in any related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Sales of IT industry is a must. Experience in sales of CRM solution is an advantage.
  • Sales experience with CRM consulting firms or leading CRM vendors is a plus.
  • Experience in managing sales team with proven track records.
  • Good presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Mature, good leadership, and coaching skills
  • Strong IT and Business Processes knowledge
  • Professional look with pleasant personality.
  • Creative, initiative, proactive, goal-oriented and customer oriented.
  • Have service mind and able to work under pressure and tight deadline.
  • Enthusiastic and willing to learn and develop.
  • Self-motivated and high ambitious to reach the goals.
  • Able to work independently or as a team as required. Well-organized and good time management skills.
  • Own a vehicle with a valid driver license and able to travel when required.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Computer literacy.
