Head of Sales (IT Business)

The role of Head of Sales is responsible for enhancing growth by managing company sales of multiple products to exceed identified targets, identify new business opportunities/growth from expanding market knowledge, create and personalise the most suitable experience for clients, support the sales team and provide guidance to initiate new leads and values.

Main responsibilities

  • Develop strategy of sales operations to optimize sales performance while improving productivity and efficiency.
  • Create and manage processes such as sales target setting, forecasting and budgeting to hit company revenue goals.
  • Define data to increase efficiencies in the sales process, closely monitor sales performance at all stages and provide continuous recommendations for improvements.
  • Drive the end-to-end sales planning process and enhance sales operations to optimize sales performance.
  • Manage sales team to meet and exceed annual sales targets.
  • Manage client’s needs and expectations clearly whilst offering a clear, personalised, and concise journey with the company.
  • Identify new business opportunities through clearly understanding market shifts, trends, and competition.
  • Support sales team in all aspects from understanding market trends, generating leads and increasing sales pipeline.

Qualifications

  • Thai Nationality.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales or business development management positions preferably from IT sector or related industries.
  • Prior experience within digital marketing, SMS and Software will be a plus.
  • Detail oriented alongside strong project management skills.
  • Autonomously work and take lead in a fast-paced environment.
