PEOPLE MANAGER

MANAGING | HUMAN RESOURCES | DEVELOPMENT

      The focus of the role is the daily management of the People Department with a proactive approach and gracious attitude by effectively mentoring, coaching, and developing the People Department Team. This individual will participate as a pro-active business partner that is responsible for supporting the company’s goals, objectives, vision, mission, and values.

Main responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all HR work operations, both HRM and HRD (Recruitment, Learning & Development, Organization Development, Employee Relations, etc.) 
  • Translate business strategies into a people and organization strategy and supports the management team in the achievement of their business goals.
  • Proactively monitor employment laws and regulations and update HR policies and procedures on a regular basis.
  • Maintains an understanding of new educational and training techniques and methods.
  • Support the management team in building effective internal communication and drive the roll-out of different contents and formats.
  • Conducting yearly compensation surveys and analyzing patterns in remuneration and benefits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years experience in HR generalist role.
  • Possess strategic thought with the ability to multitask, effectively prioritize, and work under tight pressure/deadlines.
  • Understand HRMS, HR Tools and processes.
  • Solid analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, independent, proactive, good teamwork, and positive attitude.
