TELESALES SW/ACTIVE SALES

COMMUNICATION SKILL | SERVICE MIND | SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE

    Telesales person has to have solid track record with outbound business to business telesales. Possessing a strong commercial acumen and having a proven track. Having an in depth understanding the importance of customer service. Using scripts, product and software  knowledge, communications skills, telesales representatives generate sales and interest.

Main responsibilities

  • Responsible for finding potential leads to approach by customer industries, characteristics, size, purchasing power, etc.
  • Set segmentation by customer industries, characteristics, size, purchasing power, etc. then target the right one to approach
  • Approach to the target customers by phone or email introduction to set an appointment for sales pitching session
  • Manage and update sales pipeline and generate new opportunities with new leads continuously
  • Understand the price model and can exercise in negotiation process with customers
  • Improve sales process to make it more effective continuously
  • Understand technology landscape, industry insight, customer needs
  • Prepare daily performance reports and increase the efficiency of work continuously

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • At least 2 years experience in telesales or related field (IT or software product Preferable)
  • Strong sense of self-motivation, adaptability, and initiative
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Enthusiastic and can-do attitude
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Proactive and target-oriented
  • Background in IT is plus
