Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic, people-oriented HR Intern who is passionate about talent acquisition, employer branding, and workplace culture. You will work alongside our HR team to help source candidates, craft engaging social content, and execute employee engagement programs that make 1Moby a great place to work.
Job Description:
- Recruitment Support: Help screen resumes, coordinate interview schedules, track candidates, and assist with initial outreach for open positions.
- Employer Branding & Content Creation: Ideate, draft, and publish engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook to showcase 1Moby’s team, culture, and career opportunities.
- Employee Engagement & Events: Assist in planning and executing internal company activities, team bonding sessions, Town Halls, and workshops (e.g., Happy Meal events).
- People Development Operations: Help coordinate training sessions and compile feedback to continuously improve employee learning programs.
- HR Operations: Support daily administrative HR tasks and contribute fresh ideas to improve the employee onboarding experience.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Recruitment, Employer Branding, and Organizational Culture.
- Creative mindset with basic knowledge of social media trends and content creation (TikTok, Instagram, Canva, CapCut, etc.).
- Warm personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, organized, open-minded, and excited to learn new tools and methods.
