Job Summary
About the role:
The primary objective of the overall marketing role is to be the engine for business growth by creating demand, building brand loyalty, and driving revenue. This is achieved through the strategic integration of three critical functions.
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing strategies that integrate technology such as Marketing Automation, CRM, Data Analytics, and AI Tools.
- Design campaigns to build a new customer base and create new Brand Experiences for the B2B market.
- Collaborate with each brand to develop and implement technology-driven projects.
- Monitor and measure the KPIs and ROI of each project for continuous performance improvement.
- Act as an expert representative in seminars, workshops, and presentations to clients/partners.
- Produce and disseminate knowledge-based content (Thought Leadership) to reinforce the brand's image as a technology leader.
- Coordinate closely with Platform Consultants, the Marketing Team, the Sales Team, and the Technology Development Team to ensure efficient operations.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3–5 years of marketing experience in the MarTech, SaaS, or Software House industry.
- Expertise in Marketing Automation, CRM, CDP, Interactive Solutions, and Data Analytics.
- Strong understanding of marketing KPI planning and evaluation.
- Effective communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and demonstrate leadership as a Marketing Technology expert.
