QA Engineer

Job Description:

• Conduct requirement analysis and infrastructure planning with various teams (Developers, UX, Business).
• Understand business value, software architecture to create appropriate testing strategy.
• Design, write, review, and execute details test cases, validate tests across the full test spectrum of functional and cross-functional tests, and analyze results.
• Formulate a problem solving and decision-making approach to handle issues for a given product.
• Identify bugs by performing functional, usability, compatibility, performance, security testing
• Coordinate with software engineers to solve software errors.
• Perform reporting the defect to the bug tracking system.

 Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Have at least 2-4 years direct experience in Software Testing.
• Strong sense of troubleshooting, Finding root cause of problems
• Able to understand system and application logic quickly.
• Adapt to fast-changing and evolving startup environment.
• Understand the fundamentals of the test level (Unit/API/UI/Performance).
• Experience in agile methodology (standup meeting, scrum, sprint) would be a plus.
• Experience in Automation Testing would be a plus.
